Gary and his team were a pleasure to deal with. I fielded several calls and meetings from other agents and agencies and knew Gary was who I wanted to deal with once we talked. They are a local, family run business and they treat you with that one on one service and respect that you'd expect from  one. Gary's knowledge as a former inspector helped out a ton when viewing potential homes and he was always honest with his opinions when asked. Gary was just as helpful post-sale as he was during the home buying process. Their knowledge of local contractors worked out great for my purchase, as I was able to find good licensed professionals to complete my remodel and upgrade ASAP prior to moving in and saving a lot of money vs hiring a general contractor. I'd highly recommend The Baird Team to anyone looking to purchase in the area, and am glad to have made a great friend during the process.

He was very prompt in getting back with us and always very accommodating to help us see houses quickly in this competitive market. We were  very picky buyers, looking for just the right house. He showed us a TON of houses and never pressured or lost patience with us. He wanted us to be absolutely happy with the home we bought.
